At the onset, we would like to be introduced as a professionally managed and fast-growing Company focused on providing solutions on manufacturing and supply of food-grade stainless steel ASTM 240 304Gr. Water tanks with SS304Gr. Stand. We have been operating in this field since 2012.

Stainless Steel 304Gr. 0.6mm Thickness Tanks

Recommended for: Open well water of good quality

Drinking water with the parameters:

  • TDS: Below 150ppm
  • Hardness: Below 70ppm
  • pH: Between 7-8
  • Iron: Below 0.3 mg/L
Stainless steel 304Gr.0.8mm Thickness Tanks

Recommended for: Normal open well water

Treated borewell water with the following parameters:

  • TDS: Below 200ppm
  • Hardness: Below 100ppm
  • pH: Between 7-8
  • Iron: Below 0.3ppm
Stainless Steel 316 Grade Tanks (0.6mm Thickness)

ECOSTAR - 316ULTRA Designed for high durability in challenging environments: Ideal for sea shore areas, treated borewell water, and lower-quality water.

Recommended parameters:

  • TDS: Below 400ppm
  • Hardness: Below 180ppm
  • pH: Between 6.5-8.5
  • Iron: Below 0.3ppm

Working knowledge of Codes/ Standards (i.e. ASME I, II, V, VIII, IX, B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, AWS D1.1, API ,BP, and many more).

Also extensive experience with the following materials; LTCS, Duplex, Super-duplex, CRA-625, CRA 825, cladding and Stainless Steel materials (i.e.304, 316L and Cu Ni), and Non-metallic material.
